Inner Beauty born again?

Anyone that remembers 'Inner Beauty' original recipe hot sauce may find A G 'Hot Cock' similar or at least I have. Now it doesn't have any mustard but for me it's very close in flavor and heat and I've been looking for a substitute for a very long time. Ohhhh so happy*

Hot enough

This is one of my go to hot sauces. I am a chili head for sure and no, this sauce is not crazy hot. I did review this sauce shortly after they switched peppers and pointed out that the new version simply had very little heat. Still great flavor. I am not sure if this sauce is just inconsistent or if letting it sit on the shelf for 6-12 months picks up the heat level. I purchase 12 bottles at a time and have found that the bottles that have sat on my shelf for A WHILE ACTUALLY HAVE EXCELLENT HEAT NOW! Just about perfect heat to taste ratio.
