The Habanero Pepper originated in Central America and was cultivated by the Mayan and Incan civilizations. The Mayans were also known for their human sacrifices.

This sauce will tantalize your taste buds before it sets you on fire with a fierce, fire roasted habanero burn, making you wish that you were the one being sacrificed. Xibalba, the Mayan underworld, awaits you.

Try “Sacrifice” on burgers, eggs, in chili, on pork, or in a stir-fry.

Lovely

Packs a ton of bright, roasty flavor. The taste and aroma of fire-roasted peppers is singular and unmistakable. Hot, but not super-hot. Delightful in a dish that's somewhat light/bright in flavor to which you want to add a dimension of depth. Versatile enough to be an all-rounder. Especially good on eggs and anywhere you'd use a bright salsa.

I love Melinda's fire-roasted habanero sauce, but Sacrifice was the sauce that converted me to the Angry Goat. The recipe is superb.

My Favorite

This is my favorite sauce in the entire line up from Angry Goat. It is so tasty, but beware, it is hot!
I never learn my lesson, and put too much on my food, which results in a spicy mouth full of good flavor.

Great taste

Always love AGPC sauces, not vinegary, great taste. Sacrifice has enough heat to make some sweat but not too much to diminish the taste of the food.
